Noel Quiñones serves as the Program Coordinator for Outreach and Support Programs and has experience guiding students through their transition from high school to college, helping them navigate the college environment, and providing academic coaching to support their student success. He has his Associate of Arts in Communication Studies from Riverside City College and his Bachelor of Arts in Human Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton. He is a current graduate student in the Master of Science Student Affairs in Higher Education program here at Colorado State University and navigated his higher education journey as a first-generation college student.
